Le vide qui fait du bien, le vide qui est notre essence au delà du mental qui ne s’arrête jamais de parler
Je me rende compte de plus en plus de combien je suis habituée pas sans peine à que mon cerveau ne s’arrête jamais et je sais que je ne suis pas la seule
Arriver à trouver, observer et garder le silence, le vide apaisant c'est pratiquement un défi et pourtant c'est bien là que nous sommes le plus heureux sans aucun besoin

Peint et signé en voyage en Corse en Juillet 2019
Créé avec des aquarelles,des crayons,des feutres et stylo et scellé avec un vernis brillant sur du papier blanc épais spécial aquarelle au gran fin, marque Canson

"Emptiness" 2019, the search of it
The emptiness that is good, the emptiness that is our essence beyond the mind that never stops talking
I realize more and more how much I'm used to the fact that my brain never stops and I know I'm not the only one
Being able to find, observe and keep it quiet, the soothing void is almost a challenge and yet it is here that we are most happy without any need

Painted and signed while travelling in Corsica (France) in July 2019
Created with watercolors, pencils, markers and pen and sealed with a gloss varnish on thick white watercolor special paper, brand Canson
The painting is 24 x 32 cm
